Rokhana Mohmand Tolana came into being after some philanthropists sat together and decided that it was a pay back time. These philanthropists believe that its the education that determines the future of a human being.
Concerned by the fact a developing country like Pakistan needs highly professional and educated people to serve it, the Rokhana Mohmand Tolana aims to focus exclusively on edcuational activities. It aims to facilitate deserving intelligent and hard working Pakistanis to complete their education and pay back the country what they recieved from it. The assistance is thought to in different forms. It can be financial, guidance in choosing a professional field according to aptitude or providing help in a subject in which some one might need a help.
The fact that many Pakistani citizens for some reasons can not complete their education and are, thus, left behind in the competition is the corner stone of the philosophy behind this effort. These valuable citizens have to settle with less competitive roles in society and thus their contribution to the developmenet of society is therefore minimised.
Rokhana Mohmand Tolana believes that a little more effort can help these promising individuals in improving their professional qualifications and hence the capacity to serve the society.
